We are selling our Grassfat Beef by the whole, half, quarter, or eighth of a cow. The first two cows will be ready in April or May (depending on how the grass grows in the spring) and are 100% grass fed and grass finished, 100% hormone and antibiotic free, and 100% delicious. Our pricing for these first two cows will be $7.50 per pound of hanging weight. The below breakdown of cuts and costs is based on our projected hanging weight of 500 pounds per cow.
